A. There are no shipping fees.
The cost of shipping is already built into the price for each product.
There are no hidden or additional shipping costs for your orders
So you don't need to worry about.

 

 

Q. What should I do with tariffs?

A. If goods are shipped outside the United States, we will send them as gifts and write down low prices to avoid additional tariffs

 

  

Q. I received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order. What should I do?

A. We replace it or refund !  tell me anytime.
I will help you. but you should show me the picture for evidence.
We do our absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way. Don't worry - damage rarely occurs. 

 

 

Q. I received coupon how have to I use?

A. We provide always our coupon 'pettail5%off'
